The customer assumes the risk that merchandise may not fit through an access point or within the intended space.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our delivery team is not responsible for moving furniture, appliances, electronics, decorations, or other property not included in the delivery.

Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Naples Mattress is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, vehicle issues, product delays, manufacturer delays, building-access restrictions, unsafe conditions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery. Visible damage, missing merchandise, incorrect merchandise, or property damage should be reported to the delivery team before the team leaves whenever reasonably possible.
